Recognizing David for Giving to Our Culture and Team

It is our pleasure to recognize our team members for a job well done, and this month we wanted to shine our Chicago Solutions spotlight on David Drews. David is a go-getter and innovator in the firm, who helps to nurture our diverse company culture and mentor his team members as well.

“We are very proud of David and we know he will go far,” shared Matt, Chicago Solutions’ Director of Operations. David has immersed himself in our learning environment, and his career is thriving as a result.

To show our appreciation to rising stars like David, we have a number of different strategies. For example, we promote from within, giving us the chance to reward those who embrace our firm’s mission and goals by helping them advance in their careers. Even our entry-level positions come with a well-defined path to management so that from day one, new team members know the next step.

We also use travel as a way to let our people know they are valued. These trips might be focused on fun, such as our upcoming Punta Cana event, or they might include a national leadership conference. We also visit potential markets to see if we’d be interested in expanding there, and cross-train at other high-performing offices too.
